Hello everybody! We've got two free summer concerts coming up! There's a street concert happening in Toronto at 7 PM tomorrow, Weds August 4 at Union Station (65 Front Street West) and METRIC is the surprise act! And on Thurs August 5 at 9 pm we play Celebrate Brooklyn at the Prospect Park Bandshell in NYC (9th Street & Prospect Park West, Brooklyn). Both shows are FREE...Hope you can make it! -

Last year our genre smashing director friend Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) told us he was working on a new movie called "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" starring Michael Cera and asked us if we'd be interested in working with him and legendary Radiohead produer Nigel Godrich on some music for the film. Of course, we said YES! It just so happened we had the beginnings of a song that suited the projected perfectly from our early Fantasies recording sessions at Bear Creek, and that song became a pivotal track in the movie, which centers around a young ...
