HI!
HI!
Not one of my favorites. Although, I really like how heavy the guitar sounds. I'm also really crazy about the the additional "sss-sss-sss" when Emily sings "succexy".
Srsly awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
Srsly...so weird!
Hey, hey. There's tons of action on here. Tons!!! Alex, you should un-melt. lol Srsly...
Soooooo glad to see that we are all breaking boxes again. Cheers, you guys. =D
"Minus one house then. =P Just kidding."
Something tells me this isn't a joke. :P jk
"Yes, and I'm the weird one here. Right."
Yes Alissa, that is absolutely right. =P
"Question 45
What's your favorite movie poster?"
I'll have to keep my eyes open for that one.
"Question 46
Do you believe in reincarnation?"
Yes and no. After-death beliefs are always changing in my mind. I kind of believe that we just die and that's the end....wow that sounded horrible. I'm not goth, emo, or depressed. lol It's just something I ...
Srsly!
Seriously. I vote Briggins! Srsly!
Uh...."Twilight Galaxy" Hahaha. I feel like that's a cheap answer, but I stand by it. Feeling inspired by Alissa's usual multiple answers, I'm going to also choose "Love Is A Place". It's not my favorite Metric song, but it just has so much emotion, more than any other Metric song, I think.
Thanks Kara. =D
"So I'll be the "black sheep" of this board"
Nice, LazyD. You did it. It's 'bout time, girl. :D
"Rock Me Now" is like one of my most favorite Metric songs. I love everything about it. I love 'ah ah ah aah's. I love how dark it is. I love how not many people can pull off a speaking song, and make it sound amazing, amazing. I love Jimmy's singing in this song. Also, it might sound weird, but I love how the 'from wall to wall to wall to wall, go street to street to street' just flows into the piano intro of "The Twist" it just goes so perfectly.
"Metric is NOT "baby, baby, baby ...
"seated and seats make concerts exponentially less fun"
Ewww, yeah it does. Having seats at a Metric show has to be the most stupidest thing in the entire world .
"but here's a little something I know Ariel will definitely love to know"
Oh my giddy, giddy, giddy, giddy, good god! Thanks, Alissa, this definitley made my crap day a lot better.
I hope, hope, hope, they finally give us "Butcher's Paper" and "I Love LA"(even though, they didn't even bother playing it for us at their last LA show).
I just noticed something, both Rilo Kiley's "Butcher's Paper" and Metric "Butcher" can put tears in my eyes. Weird...something about people who cut up animals...gets me everytime.
"No, I know it was amazing oh my goodness you need to tell us all about it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!"
Right, the show itself was amazingly spectacular. I could have died watching that show. Hearing everybody sing the acoustic version of 'Combat Baby' was pure magic.
The night, in general, was eventful. I met a lot of amazing people and I guess you can say I met a lot of idiots too. I ended up defending people I barely knew, but they were really cool people and really nice. During 'Twilight Galaxy' I got elbowed in the face and ...
<3 I soooooooo love them!
"I didn't mean the picnic with the corpses around us was lovely"
Oh, thank goodness!
"It's very much an european thing, you wouldn't understand."
I know right. Americans always try to make sense of things. It's a shame. :P
"I have no idea what I meant, so, you know, do what you always should've done - ignore moi"
Never!!!
"But yeah, all this bla bla bla to say that I've never seen this dream guy in my life."
Maybe it's because you've been thinking about how strange it is that we are all ...
"Anyway, we made a picnic too, so it was very lovely overall."
Lovely...? I worry sometimes about you, Alissa. Hahaha. Just kidding, I know what you mean. It's just this forest thing you did sounds really, really creepy.
"I was really hoping you'd say 'Oh yeah, that happens to me all the time, don't worry, you're not a weirdo, Alissa'."
Well, that would just be a complete lie.....I mean that in the best possible way(I think this is the new 'no offense, but...')Hahahaha
"Question 41: So...what's the best 2010 album you ...
I wish I lived across the street from Metric. Don't feel like a creep Joey, I'd watch them like a stalker too.
"I'm always curious about this stuff, did you actually "see" me and Alex in your dream or you just "knew" it was us?"
Hahaha. This again....?
Oh my goodness. Like srsly, this is amazing, Lauren. AMAZING!!!
"That's why we're buddies!"
*high five***
"Our BBB gang was incomplete without you, Robot, so I'm really glad you're back!"
Awww. Thanks :D
"Hey I think I forgot my own name now... I know it's not the frog...DAMN! How in the world could I ever forget this?!"
You're a Ninja Turtle...remember?
"Hey I'm doing some volunteering this saturday."
That's so cool. You're going to have a great time. We do something like that in the city where I live, but instead it's a beach. I don't know ...
That's awesome. I wish I had a video made for me. They are really bothered by you. You really got to them, Alex. Like srsly.
These videos kind of make me sick....I need Starbucks. lol
By the way. Briggins, I love the comment you left. The misspelled words make it seem authentic, so I don't think they caught on to your sarcasm.
Yeah, that sounds really classy, Joey. So classy, I would have an engagement party there. Hahaha!
"Ariel their concert will be one of the most extraordinary musical experiences of your life. Get ready."
I know, I'm like really hyped up about it. It's almost a week away.
