I thought I was maybe the only person that appreciated the "vibrations" during this song live. Go Alex!

What night was this from? I feel like I was there...
Just to say, I like the design of this question a lot.
The menu better have a copious amount of farm-grown sweet potatoes.
"The Twist" could be an alcoholic beverage of some kind. Orange, lemon or lime, I suppose.
Apparently, You Say Party! We Say Die! did a song or two during the Olympics some time. I don't know if this is a rumor or something, but it's cool to think about anyways.
And Damon Albarn has been named musical coordinator for the London Summer 2012 Olympics! This excites me greatly. Blur is my second favorite band.
I love Canada and Metric.
If the rest of the songs sound like this and Waves, I will fall into a pleasure coma.
Emily's cover of "Expecting To Fly" is the most beautiful thing my ears have ever had the pleasure of hearing.
I grew up in the South and I dislike sweet potatoes. But milk is extra delicious.
I imagine heaven would be like owning a small farm with Emily :):):)
No disrespect to any other Metric members, but I could totally see Joules winning at Jeopardy. Especially if he's wearing glasses.
I'm late! Happy belated birthday Emily! Or maybe it's not belated? Best wishes for a good year anyways :D
Ah, the opening track to a brilliant record. My favorite line is "Multiply, divide".
Wow Joey! Those are all awesome pair-ups!
I especially like The Sounds doing Gimme Sympathy. I'd really like to hear that.
Someone on the metric forum made a cute birthday card for this matter.

"Nothing but blue skies" on my back :D
Live It Out because Emily and I had a conversation about it O.o
When I saw her do her solo set in Toronto, I went out back to meet her and I was wearing a shirt that has a similar design to the cover. Needless to say, I was starstruck haha.
@Geradamo: That is like... a Metric dream come true.
Yeah, even though "Expecting To Fly" is really just Emily, it is really, really, really good. She played it in Toronto in 2007 and I cried.
Oh man, Patriarch would be really good live.
This site is like my home away from home :D
Mainstream EP - The Mandate
Static Anonymity EP - Down
GUBA (2001 release) - Parkdale
GUBA (2007 release) - Soft Rock Star (Jimmy vs. Joe Mix)
Old World Underground - As much as I would like to hear Hustle Rose live, if they played Love Is a Place, I would faint or generally go insane.
Live It Out - The Police and the Private
Fantasies - Waves
Pandora is so nice to have. I've found many cool bands just through the Metric station that I didn't know about before.
Seriously thinking about going to the Atlanta stop. Metric, Tegan and Sara, Chairlift, The Submarines, Sara Bareilles
So much female talent!!!
The Metric one is so good! I'm really thinking about getting it.
I like the Au Revoir Simone, Stars and The Dears ones as well.
Thank you Briggins for posting this!
I logged on to myspace one day and some band called Metric was the featured artist. I had never heard of them before, so I decided to check it out. The first song on their player was Dead Disco, and once I heard that, I was hooked for life :D
I owe much to myspace haha.
On The Sly vs. Soft Rock Star (Jimmy vs. Joe Mix)
Both are soooooo good.
Hustle Rose, Calculation Theme and Love is a Place
I wish they would play some of the more obscure old songs at shows!
