Um, yeah. I just want a still of her leaning against the piano at the end that I can show to people to be like "SEE! Isn't EVERYTHING about her awesome!?" She seemed more confident than usual behind a piano too :)

I drove through there today...I can't believe that's basically two Metric shows I can consider missed on this trip. It would have been worth a drive by at the VERY least!

That's fantastic. I love them all (Metric and the Queen)

Hmm not bad...I LOVE the shots of Emily in the cabin, they have the feel of the Buenos Aires documentary :) The first 30 seconds with the piano are actually gorgeous. I would have clearly been happier with more shots of Jimmy, Joules and Josh and less shots of Twilight, but I guess it's understandable that (since it's Twilight footing the bill on this one) they're going to use it promotionally. Overall, pretty and polished and a lot of lovely face time for Emily, but I'd take a lower-budget Metric-only video first :)

Oh I'm completely with Joey on the seeing it live point!!! Let's hope it shows up in setlists to come!

I felt the same way from the audience...I can't even imagine what it would have been like to perform! So worth the cross-country trip I can't even express it.

YESSSS, Plug In Plug Out...finally! I'm almost overwhelmed with all the new downloading options, I need some time to process!!!

    "Stay high, Joseph Michael Joseph"

I quite enjoyed all of these hahaha!

I love her vocals in this! It's nice when she's focused and hits every note spot-on...especially in a venue where the acoustics are amazing. Without the "mad rocking front-woman" persona I appreciate her vocal talents even more :)

Hahaha. Yes patty, that wild run with arms akimbo basically sums up my love for Emily Haines...the most silly sexy woman in the world.

    "I'd say "I am Wolfman"."

Emily Haines, I love you. And you, incohearent Jimmy Shaw/Frank Wylder. And you, Joshua Winstead (the bass player for Metric...and the bass player for Metallica hahaha). And you too Joules Scott-Key the Third.

    Joey, please invite me.

Joey, that's about the comment it deserved hahahaha. I love these people...SO MUCH! I remember Emily saying in an interview somewhere if they had a huge budget for music videos they'd make a Stadium Love one like that scene from 'Scarface' - complete with the tiger! Looks like she got her tiger after all :)

I actually always find their videos pretty comprehensive, the message behind this one is very much the message of the song. As for Gold Guns Girls, I thought it was representative of how they're always running around (e.g. from show to show ...

Fantastic pictures! The one called "metric7" is probably my favourite, really nice set!

Nice to see "Sugar Mountain" on there! More bonus tracks with Jimmy doing lead vocals...not that Emily isn't the voice of Metric, but I love hearing him sing anything. "Nobody's Home" is beautiful as well, though I'd want a duet like they played on their across-Canada acoustic tour last year - that was amazing!

    You're a genius. Now THAT'S a review worthy of a Metric show.

Metric is love - and pure, brilliant talent. I'm with you.

Woah woah! Come now Gerard, if I remember correctly you were FAR less than thrilled initially when this was first announced. Didn't you actually say you "didn't approve" of it? I totally don't care if your opinion changed, just saying it's kind of hypocritical to jump all over Zayne for not being on board either. Good to see you're loving your band again though haha.

Zayne, I was all ready to dismiss you as a whining fan until you quoted the "hipsters" interview. Hahaha won my respect instantly! That was stellar, and one of my ...

Wow. I'm not sure what to think of this! It's obviously a huge honour, and congratulations are indeed in order for Emily and Jimmy...I'll have to put aside my distain for everything Twilight and go see the movie I guess!

I am looking forward to hear what they've composed however, hearing Emily's solo stuff it's not surprising they were chosen to create a score.

So the one thing I'm not sure on, with the lyrics in the voice of Bella does that mean she's actually be the vocalist? Does she sing ...
