i happened to catch this on friday and haven't stopped listening to Metric ever since... I think they're fantastic and Emily is a dream, like everything great about Kim Gordon, Katie-Jane and Pauline Murray all rolled into one. I can't remember the last time a band had this effect on me, they are tight as hell and the voice hits like a train with those lyrics..... Metric will be huge... where have I been?
I don't know if is just me,but sometimes when I see live performances and see the reaction of the people watching they look so static..I mean,maybe there is not the right place for been too much enthusiastic.But certain songs asks for movement..I think ''gimme me sympathy'' is one of those songs and yet everyone looks still
