I made a ticket purhcase for LA concert, but did not get my tickets yet even if it was mentionned that I would recieve them within 4 weeks. I tried contacting Ilovemetric store, help and customer support, with no response.
Please help! Did anyone recieve pre-sale tickets for LA concert?

I haven't yet, so you're not alone. This is what I found:
"If your tickets are being mailed, they should arrive no later than two weeks prior to the show date"
and in the email confirmation:
"You will receive information regarding ticket delivery via email within 4 weeks of purchase."
I'm kind of getting restless, as well. I haven't seen it in the mail yet, but come 'two weeks prior' and I still don't have them, I'm making a call. Although, it shouldn't be a problem. I would worry too, too much.

Someone on the forum had this same problem, but he got his tickets without a problem.
I had some ticket problems with ilovemetric when I tried to buy for their Winnipeg show in October, the error was on my end but they were still really helpful. I called their support number with no answer, but the email I send them was answered later that day and they were very prompt in dealing with the issue. Wait until the two weeks before and contact them again if you're still missing the tickets.
