Dear Metric,
We know awards have nothing to do with the reasons you make such amazing music, and awards have nothing to do with our love for you all (we've definitely learned not to put much stock into awards anyways)...but what can I say, we're still pretty fucking proud of the Juno. Way to go, can't wait to see your performance tomorrow!!!

I literally JUMPED off my couch and was just beaming their whole long walk up to the stage! Jimmy's voice was just the littlest bit quavery...and it was adorable. I'm so proud :) AND THE CROWD! The cheers were the best indicator. Their performance too, all I could do was smile along with Emily while she did what she does and got the crowd excited at the end of "Gimme Sympathy".
Someone NEEDS to post a video. I didn't get to see it, not living in Canada, and I really wanna see their performance/speech.
